  • Bar services are provided by PEAK Beverage Services.  (Please inquire with management for alternative options
  • INCLUSIVE PRICING: Liquor liability insurance, alcohol product, bar stations, TIPS Certified servers, support staff, glassware, mixers, fruit, garnish, ice, & misc. supplies
  • Beer & Wine option by PEAK Beverage includes a complimentary champagne toast & flutes
  • Full Bar option by PEAK Beverage includes a complimentary champagne toast, and one signature cocktail to go with your event theme
  • Non-Profit Bar package does not include gratis champagne toast or signature cocktails
  • For dinner & wine pairings we offer gratis SOMM consultation and tasting for wine & beer by Marczyk Fine Foods (wine & beer must be purchased from Marczyk) and does not include complimentary champagne toast or signature cocktail
  • For small scale events (up to 75 people) Mixology by Cocktail Caravan is an approved vendor
  • PUBLIC EVENTS OR CASH BARS REQUIRE A SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT  Permission is acquired from Denver Excise & Licensing. (publicly advertised, public ticket pre-sales and/or door sales)
  • Special event permits should be filed no less than 30 days prior to the event so make sure you plan ahead so this process is not rushed
  • Most special event permits require a non-profit to be associated (Colorado 5013c) so get one lined up
  • Point of Sale tablets w/ Square App, Cash ’till’ & cash drawers (these items are included with pre-defined Cash Bar Minimums
  • Non-Profits may provide donated product, to one of our approved beverage service providers, however cannot legally resell donated product

  • Not included in the space rentals
  • Paid separately to the rental company or various vendors depending on the complexity of your requirements, however we can assist with this process

CATERING SERVICES

Choose one of our pre-approved caterers to customize your tastes and meet your requirements or ‘choose your own’ licensed and insured caterer for a fee of $400.  License and insurance provided by the vendor.
