  • Public events or any SALE of alcohol requires a special event permit. (non-invitation, publicly advertised, public ticket sales)
  • Special event permits need to be filed no less than 30 days prior to the event so make sure you plan ahead so this process is not rushed.
  • Special event permits require a non-profit to be associated (Colorado 5013c) so get one lined up.
